Information we collect

We only collect the details you choose to send us through the forms on this site (the Contact, Careers, and Research Project Showcase forms). Depending on the form, this can include your name, email address, phone number, institution or organisation, and the message or project details you provide.

We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not build profiles about you. The site uses only the technical storage needed for it to work.

How we use your information

We use what you send only to respond to your enquiry, review your application, or consider your project submission, and to stay in touch with you about it. We do not use it for anything else without asking you first.

How we store and protect it

Form submissions are stored in our own Google Workspace account, and access is limited to the Li2 team members who handle enquiries. We take reasonable steps to keep your information secure. No method of transmission or storage is ever completely secure, but we work to protect what you share with us.

Sharing

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We may share it only where needed to respond to you, with service providers who help us operate the site under confidentiality, or where the law requires it.

Analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this site: which pages are viewed, for how long, and roughly where visitors come from. It sets a small number of cookies on your browser for this purpose. Google Analytics anonymises IP addresses, and we have turned off its advertising and personalisation features, so the data is used only to improve the site. You can block these cookies in your browser settings or with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on; the site works normally without them. The site sets no other cookies.

Social media

We publish to our LinkedIn page through LinkedIn's official API. We do not collect or store LinkedIn members' personal data.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as needed to handle your enquiry or application and to meet any legal or record-keeping obligations, after which we remove it.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the information you have sent us. To do so, email info@li2.in and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Children

This site is intended for institutions, faculty, and adult professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact info@li2.in and we will remove it.

Where your information is handled

Li2 Technologies Private Limited is based in India, and your information is processed in India. By submitting a form, you understand your information will be handled here.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page.
